Based in Pristina, his practice focuses on project finance, infrastructure development, and energy regulation, with a particular focus on Kosovo and North Macedonia. He has a proven track record of guiding international developers and financial institutions through the entire project lifecycle—from regulatory approvals and land acquisition to financing and construction contracts.
